MEDICAL SERVICES
Your initial visit will include a review of your past medical history, identification of acute problems by office staff and evaluation by our providers. This visit will establish a foundation for your continued care. If multiple medical problems are identified, additional appointments will be scheduled to address individual problems. In most cases, lab work will be performed and a follow-up visit scheduled to discuss pertinent findings.
