Maho Akamatsu, MD
Maho Akamatsu, M.D. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from University of Georgia. She attended Wayne State University Medical School and completed residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. She has been in private practice since 1997.
Dr. Akamatsu is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and the Atlanta Woman’s Medical Alliance.
Dr. Akamatsu enjoys getting away for recreation, relaxing at nearby beaches, and spending time with her family, especially her husband and teenage son and daughter.
Courtney Maniatis, D.O.
Courtney Maniatis, D.O. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Georgetown University in 2002. She attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Maniatis is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is the State Director of the Georgia Chapter of Doctors For America. She is also a member of the American College of Physicians, American Osteopathic Association.
